969 new cases have been confirmed in the week since our last update. Greater Accra contributed more than half of those cases (555), Ashanti Region contributed almost a quarter (226) and Central Region about a tenth (102).
Cases in the Western and Northern Regions about doubled in the past week with Western Region overtaking Eastern Region as the region with the fourth most cases.
Upper West did not report new cases in the past week. North East and Bono have not reported any new cases in the past two weeks. Bono East, Savannah and Ahafo remain without any confirmed cases.
